PoeFaces performed an empowering poetry workshop for Eugene Butler Middle School

Monetary Donation given to Hubbard House (Safe Haven since 1976) This was from a portion of proceeds from tickets sold at our event Poetic Inspiration.
Donation given to The Church of God of Prophecy from proceeds toward their building fund and community outreach program.
Donations were given to homeless family and group members Derrick Bolton and Allen James also help transport donations in an apartment before Thanksgiving 2007.
Over the last few months of 2008 we have been very active in and out of the community of Jacksonville
January 21 PoeFaces was on program and invited to perform @ The MLK celebration at Metro Park.
January 23rd PoeFaces performed spoken words and music on Comcast Channel 29 (This show will be aired throughout the year of 2008!) Attendees: Allen James/The Cheff and J-uan Johnson our Chief director of Music operations for PoeFaces.
February 13TH Allen James flew to Las Vegas, NV to visit friend and to market PoeFaces. Attended Matt Kelly Elementary School to speak with kids.
February 9TH Performance poetry for Black History Month celebration/Motivational speaking at Cross City Correctional Institution in Cross City, Florida Attendees: Allen James/The Cheff and Bishop E.A. James from C.O.G.O.P
February 23rd Poetic Inspiration Event at The Karp museum in Jax,Florida. The event was a success. Attendees members: Allen James,Derrick Bolton,J-uan Johnson and band, Nee-Cee, Shellell, Tiffany Eve, Aida. A special thanks goes out to all those members and the success they help bring to the event

March 28 Judge for Poetry/talent show competition at FCCJ DOWNTOWN CAMPUS. Allen James/The Cheff was invited to be a Judge and attended.
